Actor Jason Momoa was involved in a car accident over the weekend.
A motorcyclist hit the front of the actor’s Oldsmobile 442 vintage car on Old Topanga Canyon Road in Calabasas, California.
While the collision was head-on, both Momoa and the motorcyclist are okay, with minor injuries.
TMZ reported on the incident, with video footage of the scene after the crash.
According to reports, the crash happened when the motorcyclist veered into the opposite lane while traveling around a curve.

The motorcyclist hit the front left side of the Game of Thrones actor’s vehicle, before bouncing on the Oldsmobile’s windshield and traveling over the hood.

The outlet reported that the motorcyclist miraculously landed on his feet.
It also stated that the rider sustained minor injuries, including bruising and a thumb injury. No one is reportedly being blamed for the crash.
Based on the footage shared by TMZ, it looks like there is slight damage to the front left light of Momoa’s car. It’s unclear how damaged the motorcycle is.

CNN shared a statement from California Highway Patrol (CHP), which identifies the motorcyclist as Vitaliy Avagimyan and says that he “was riding his motorcycle westbound on Old Topanga Road, when his motorcycle crossed over the double yellow lines into the eastbound lanes, directly into the path of Jason Momoa’s vehicle.”
The statement further describes the incident, stating, “Mr. Avagimyan and his motorcycle collided with the left front of Mr. Momoa’s vehicle. As a result of this collision, Mr. Avagimyan was ejected from his motorcycle. After the collision, Mr. Momoa exited his vehicle to assisted [sic] Mr. Avagimyan and was able to flag down passing motorist to call 9-1-1.”
Momoa has not released any statement yet about the crash.
